Our preferred delivery method is to deliver via courier to your door at the shipping address given on your order. This address can be at your home or office. You will receive emails with courier/waybill detailsas soon as the order is dispatched so that you can track your parcel.
We will always check with you first. If your address is in a main centre, we will courier the order to your door, and we will email you courier service tracking details.
We can courier direct to your home or office or to a collection point near you.
We dispatch from California and provided we have stock, your order will be dispatched within 1 – 2 days. We try to process orders as quickly as possible, and orders received before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. Where there are delays, we will email you and keep you updated.
We do also courier to neighbouring countries at good freight rates. Please email us for details.
