Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1 -2 days and delivery confirmed via email.
Unpaid items
Any items that have not been fully paid for within 3 months of the invoice or repair will be sold to defray expenses and no further claims may be made on Naturalwise cc after this date.
Warranty
Freeze dryer company does not make any claim on any product they sell further other than what the manufacturer states. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, made on any item. Freeze dryer company does not sell or accept used merchandise; all mechanical problems fall under the manufacturers warranty.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Naturalwise cc is subject to availability. Products are held in stock in South Africa. In cases of unavailability, Naturalwise cc will refund the client in full within 1-2 working days.
Freeze dryer Company offers a 7 day money back guarantee on certain products provided that the goods are returned undamaged and unused in their original undamaged packaging. An admin fee of 10% of purchase price is charged on all returns. The return of the goods is at the clients own risk and expense.
Note that items that are manufactured to order (such as the WS range of water distillers) or items ordered in especially on order (including the Excalibur commercial dehydrators and all Harvest Right Freeze dryers) are non returnable and non refundable.
Spare parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If the product is found to be damaged or defective due to no fault of the customer, the item will be repaired or replaced. Any damaged or defective products must be reported to Freeze dryer company by the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will collect and re-deliver the repaired or replacement item at our cost.
All warranties are between the customer and the manufacturer. Freeze dryer company does not imply any other warranty or guarantee on the products.
Customer Privacy Policy
Freeze dryer company will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card and Mobicred or by bank transfer or direct deposit into the Freeze dryer company bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Freeze dryer company by Payfast who are the approved payment gateway for Freeze dryer company. Customer details will be stored by Freeze dryer company separately from card details which are entered by the client on Naturalwise cc secure site.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Responsibility
Freeze dryer company takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Freeze dryer company chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, P O Box 262, Lonehill, 2062, South Africa.
Variation
